What Are Roam Points?

Roam Points are the core of Roam’s reward system, earned by using the Roam app and helping grow the Roam Network. These points can be

• Converted to Roam Tokens

• Exchanged for exclusive prizes during Roam events

• Used soon for services like CDN, VPN, cloud storage, and cross-collaboration events.

Roam Points are designed to enhance your experience as an active contributor to the Roam Network.

How to Earn Roam Points

1. Check-In at Roam WiFi Hotspots

Roam’s Check-In feature allows users to validate active WiFi hotspots and earn Roam Points across millions of locations worldwide.

Rewards:

• WiFi User: 10 Roam Points per Check-In

• WiFi Owner: 5 Roam Points per Check-In (up to 50 points per WiFi each day)

• Roam Miner Owner: 5 Roam Points per Check-In (up to 150 points per miner per day)

How to Check-In:

1. Connect to a Roam WiFi hotspot

2. Open the app and tap “Check-In”

3. Claim your Roam Points

2. Add WiFi to the Roam Network

Help expand the Roam Network by adding WiFi. You can add public WiFi (no password required) and private WiFi (password-protected).

Rewards:

• Public WiFi: 100 Roam Points per WiFi

• Private WiFi: 100 Roam Points + daily rewards

Note: WiFi from phone hotspots is not considered valid WiFi.

Daily Rewards for Private WiFi are based on WiFi Health Status:

• High Activity: 12 Roam Points/day

• Medium Activity: 6 Roam Points/day

• Low Activity/Offline: 0 Roam Points

Note: Activity levels are based on monthly check-in frequency. If no Check-Ins occur within a month, the network’s status will be downgraded accordingly.

How to Add WiFi:

1. Connect to the WiFi you want to add

2. Tap "Add WiFi" on the Home screen

3. Fill in the details and submit

4. Claim your Roam Points

Invite friends to join Roam and earn Roam Points together.

Rewards:

• You and your friend: 30 Roam Points each.

How to Refer:

1. Go to Quest → Invite to Earn

2. Share your referral code

3. Once your friend completes their first Check-In, both accounts will receive Roam Points
